Faced with a design challenge, the team did extensive research by interviewing and visiting social entrepreneurs. We brainstormed on the data collected and formed collective insights to further form ‘How Might we’ questions to streamline our research towards finding a possible solution. We did not want to create another app to do the same, instead with went with a Newsletter that would be available on a kiosk(in public places) and emails and prints for subscribed users.
